  • Day 1 - Total Body

    Let's start off this challenge with an epic, total body burn! Time to sweat!

  • Day 2 - Arms & Abs

    Today is all about the arms & abs! Let's tone our arms & strengthen our core with this 30 min burn!

  • Day 3 - Yoga Stretch

    Take a day to rest & stretch. Jessie Golden & I take you through a long, yoga stretch for recovery. Stretching is extremely important in protecting our bodies from injury!

  • Day 4 - Total Body

    Let's get our heart rates up! This total body workout will tone & tighten from head to toe.

  • Day 5 - Total Body

  • Day 6 - Cardio & ABS

    Time to hit the cardio! Let's get our heart rates up to burn fat & finish off with an ab flow.

  • Day 7 - Recovery Day

    Rest. It is so important to allow our bodies time to recover. Drink plenty of water and be proud of what you’ve accomplished so far!

  • Day 8 - Booty & Abs

    Today’s burn is all about lifting the booty and
    strengthening the core! Day 8, here we go!

  • Day 9 - Arms, Booty & Abs

    Today we will be toning, sculpting and tighten-
    ing our arms, booty and abs. Let it burn! This is a longer burn, so make sure you take breaks if you need them!

  • Day 10 - Yoga Stretch

    Take a day to rest & stretch. Jessie Golden &
    I take you through a long, yoga stretch for
    recovery. Stretching is extremely important in
    protecting our bodies from injury!

  • Day 11 - Total Body

    We started the challenge with this burn. Think
    you can crush it even harder this time? Let’s do it!

  • Day 12 - Arms, Booty & Abs

    A triple burn! Let’s knock out these moves that
    target the arms, booty and abs.

  • Day 13 - Cardio & Total Body

    Cardio time! Let’s pump up that heart rate and
    finish of with a series of total body toning moves.

  • Day 14 - Recovery Day

    Rest. It is so important to allow our bodies time to recover. Drink plenty of water and be proud of what you’ve accomplished so far!
